The effort that is made to create the right atmosphere and to make the visit special is noticed and appreciated. The wonderful building, the magnificent decorations in the foyer, the wonderful log fires, the welcoming lounge, the courteous staff, the beautifully laid out tables with silver service, then there's the meal, prepared to perfection and served in the traditional way from platter to plate so professionally by the wait staff. Yes it is all noticed and that's why we keep coming back.
